Sales Manager

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan
• Responsible for providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan
• Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and most specifically with Finance
• Provide the leadership and management of sales channels to serve customers
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales and drive growth
• Planning and implementing of marketing programs and objectives to achieve or exceed sales forecasts, in conjunction with Hydraulics Cluster Marketing Manager
• Preparing of sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations
• Administering all phases of the sales process to ensure effective and timeously customer service and response
• Monitoring of sales performances versus plan and takes corrective actions as needed
• Management of Sales Team
• Develop new accounts
• Seek strategic partnerships
• Execute Hydraulics Cluster initiatives

Qualifications and Experience Required

• 5+ years Sales Management experience
• Advanced Drive train, spares, sales and hydraulic knowledge
• In depth knowledge of sales function and proposal process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• SYSPRO –ERP knowledge would be advantageous
