Regional Marketing Manager

  • Develop and own the marketing strategy and execution plan
  • Work cross-functionally to drive the execution of demand generation activities and align with other areas of marketing i.e. Central Marketing team and GTM Marketing team
  • Ensure active involvement in Insights and Analytics data e.g. client relationship surveys, market research and intelligence
  • Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-based marketing execution
  • Be an advocate for the sales region and help the rest of the marketing department understand region-specific sales goals and priorities
  • Be an advocate for the marketing department and help the sales team understand the marketing department’s priorities
  • Provide event management support and drive local events in region and in support of the sales organisation in region. This also includes ownership of the Marketing Calendar
  • Drive and manage client testimonials (case studies)
  • Manage and own client data where necessary and the use of SFDC and other tools to ensure strong business intelligence
  • Drive internal campaigns to ensure buy-in and awareness of relevant GTM offerings
  • Manage sales enablement and learning in conjunction with sales operations team
  • Work closely with the Geo executive teams to ensure effective B2B marketing execution
  • Budget  & ROI Management


  • Past experience in delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing, campaign management and B2B marketing experience
  • 8+ years’ experience of marketing and managing a team
  • Leadership experience with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation
  • Exemplary communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders

Additional Requirements 

  • Past experience running marketing to develop a region
  • Robust understanding of territory / regional marketing
